Pending-request confirmation is live-only. Live chat now classifies a pending confirmation turn as clarification, unrelated question, or an allow-listed explicit switch before it retargets the send-now re-ask or persists a CTA. This lab does not run that confirmation call and does not persist CTAs. Missing semantic fails closed: the pending request keeps ownership and no competing surface is authorized. Do not use lab turns to judge clarification wording or booking-link leaks — that contract is /api/chatbot only.
