Outreach Email Tool
Select contacts from /media/outreach/contacts.json, edit campaign templates,
run test sends, and launch personalized individual emails with localization and per-contact logs.
1) Contacts
Contacts are automatically scoped to campaign categories when configured.

2) Templates

3) Test Email
The selected contact is only used to render placeholders and localization. The test email is sent to the address in "Send test to".
4) Send Campaign
Sends one email per selected contact, no CC/BCC, with automatic country-based localization. A random 2-3 second delay is applied between sends.
