As Cloudflare helps build the infrastructure for the Agentic Web, we are exploring a complementary question:

At HEA-World, we believe AI agents should be grounded in real people, organizations, communities, and brands through Human-Enhanced Agents (HEAs).

Every website may eventually need its own AI presence, powered by its own knowledge, identity, services, and governance.

While the infrastructure for AI agents is rapidly emerging, we believe trust, ownership, and identity will be just as important as intelligence.
