This is a strange moment for me.
I am more excited than ever by AI capabilities. There is not a week where I am not blown away by what I am able to accomplish with AI. Over the last months, I launched a product I am genuinely proud of, refined a business model and strategy far beyond what I initially imagined, and unlocked entirely new capabilities such as agentic conversations, Reachy Mini integration, and Shopify skills.
The pace of progress still surprises me. Every week feels like a glimpse into a future that is arriving faster than expected.
At the same time, reality remains reality.
Burn rate is slowly increasing. Commercial ramp-up is slower than I would like. The go-to-market motion is taking shape, but not yet at the speed required to create real momentum. Funding remains an open question.
In other words: a real founder moment.
Fortunately, I have been here before. Experience teaches humility. It teaches you to separate excitement from evidence, progress from validation, and vision from reality.
Product-market fit still needs to be proven. The product needs more exposure. The market itself may need to mature a little further. Timing remains one of the hardest variables in entrepreneurship.
My job is not to force that moment. My job is to be ready when it arrives.
After a few weeks recovering from the massive endeavour of building HEA-World, I can feel something changing again. The energy is returning. The curiosity is returning. The motivation is peaking again.
So tomorrow I will do what founders do: keep building, keep learning, keep listening to customers, and keep preparing for the moment when the market and the product finally meet.
