Infirmary Support connectors

Connect support mailboxes and configure HEA relay identity. Replies from Ward use the HEA relay; connector in-thread reply comes later.

Mailbox connectors

Connect support mailboxes that can feed email cases into Ward. Support operators can use them without Town Hall CRM access. Gmail, Microsoft, and IMAP are receive-only; replies from Ward use the HEA relay.

Gmail

Not connected

Gmail for support email ingress. Optional Enable in-thread reply requests Gmail send after explicit reauth.

Support connector access: read scopes for ingress by default. Enable in-thread reply requests Gmail send via a separate consent. Shared mailbox tokens may become send-capable at Google; HEA only authorizes send when Support Connectors shows in-thread enabled. Disable clears HEA authorization only — it does not revoke Google permissions.

Microsoft 365 / Outlook

Not connected

Microsoft mailbox for support email ingress. Optional Enable in-thread reply requests Mail.Send after explicit reauth.

Support connector access: Mail.Read for ingress by default. Enable in-thread reply requests Mail.Send via a separate consent. Shared mailbox tokens may become send-capable at Microsoft; HEA only authorizes send when Support Connectors shows in-thread enabled. Disable clears HEA authorization only — it does not revoke Microsoft permissions.

IMAP (receive only)

Receive only

Connect a generic IMAPS mailbox on port 993. This connector is receive-only; Ward replies use the HEA relay.

Sender identity

Configure HEA relay display name and Reply-To for Ward replies. Leave Reply-To blank to use the support intake inbox; the From address is computed and read-only.
