Archiving is permanent and makes the HEA read-only.
Public = listed in the HEA catalog on hea-world.com. Private = not listed.
This does not block deployment on a customer website via install_id.
Legacy "shared" is deprecated.

The main webpage for your HEA, HEA-World provides you with a dedicated url by default but you can overide it with your own page if you build one.
