Connect WhatsApp Business
To let your HEA have conversations on WhatsApp, you need to connect your
WhatsApp Business Account. Follow these steps to get the two values required.
Select your App (or Create App β choose "Business" type β add the WhatsApp product).

Go to WhatsApp β API Setup in the left menu.
You will see your Phone Number ID displayed on this page β copy it below.

On the same page, click "Generate" to get a temporary Access Token (valid 24 h, fine for testing).
For production, create a System User token in
Business Settings β System Users.

Copy both values and paste them below.
The internal Meta ID for your sender number (not the phone number itself).
Your token is encrypted (AES-256) before storage. The plaintext is never saved.
Email channel integration is on the roadmap. Your HEA already processes emails via CRM sync β this section will let you configure inbound email handling.
