Plan & billing alerts (usage / limits – sent to the account owner) HEA activity alerts (new chats, CTA clicks – sent to the HEA creator, per-HEA list editable in the HEA Editor) HEA hygiene reminders (no chats, stale content – sent to the HEA creator) Periodic digests / summaries (sent to the HEA creator)

These settings only control which emails are sent. Plan & billing alerts go to the account owner. HEA-related alerts, hygiene reminders, and digests go to HEA creators, with per-HEA recipient lists configurable from the HEA Editor. In-app notifications in the backoffice remain enabled.
