Getting started with HEA World

HEA World turns your existing content (website pages, docs, PDFs, knowledge) into a Human-Enhanced Agent that can answer visitors, capture intent, and support your team — in your tone, with your information. The agent speaks with your voice and captures real visitor intent.

Tip: if you’re here from the Dashboard “Learn how it works” button, this page is the shortest path to your first working agent.

1) The 6-minute path to your first agent recommended

  1. Go to My HEAs → create a new HEA.
Pick a name + short description. You can refine later.
  2. Open HEA Editor → add your first resources.
Start with your main pages: homepage, pricing, product/service, FAQ, contact.
  3. Trigger content processing (generation/enrichment) if your flow requires it.
This is HEA “training” in your product: indexing + structuring your resources (not model training).
  4. Test the agent in the chat preview.
Ask 5 real questions customers ask. Fix missing content by adding 1–3 pages.
  5. Publish and embed on your website.
Use your embed script or the widget page. Start small (one page), then expand.

What “training” means in HEA World

In HEA World, “training” means:

  • Collecting your resources (URLs / docs)
  • Extracting and cleaning text
  • Chunking + indexing to make answers reliable
  • Applying your agent persona / tone rules

It does not mean re-training a foundation model. Your HEA becomes unique because of your content + your configuration.

2) What to do next

  • Setup: billing & activation (if needed)
  • Conversations: review real questions and gaps
  • Insights: see what visitors ask and what converts
  • Settings: emails, consent, UI preferences

If you only do one thing: ship an agent on 1 page, get 20 chats, then iterate.

FAQ

What resources should I add first?
Start with pages that answer money questions: pricing, product/service, FAQ, “how it works”, contact. Then add proof pages: case studies, references, documentation.
Why does my agent say “I don’t know”?
Usually the answer isn’t in your indexed resources (or it’s in a PDF/image not yet captured). Add 1–3 relevant pages, re-run enrichment, then retest.
How do I control tone and boundaries?
Use the HEA Editor persona / personality rules. Keep it explicit: “If not in resources, say you don’t know”, “Don’t guess”, “Prefer linking to the source page”.
Where do notification emails come from?
Plan & billing alerts go to the account owner. HEA activity alerts and digests go to the HEA creators, with per-HEA recipient lists editable in the HEA Editor. Your global email toggles are in Settings.
