HEAverse
Ask one question of a whole list
On heaverse.org, open a curated list and ask one question. Every HEA on that list answers on the same page, so you can compare how those organisations address the topic. Lists cover cities, agencies, and more. Each HEA is built from public pages. It is not an official service of the organisation on the card.
On Resources, choose weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. We scan the site and train the draft only when something changed. You still publish. A quiet check stays quiet. When the draft changes, we email you to review and publish.

Town Hall
Keep some email private
Town Hall does not read email you mark Private or Perso. After you connect your mailbox, you can also skip a word, a folder, or one address. On a person, stop future email from your mailbox, or hide the subject and the email history from teammates. The person stays. You and the owner still see that email. A teammate sees it again after their own mailbox updates that person. Archive only takes the card off the board.
We’re bringing GPT-6 Luna into both our Foundry and our conversational engine along other existing selected models. Faster, smarter models are exciting. But the model is only part of the equation. Context. Identity. Governance. Tools. That’s where an AI model becomes an HEA. Better models. Same mission.

Counter
Bookable dates
Counter now lets people book available dates, and your team can see who is coming.
The Chief of Staff is available to every eligible teammate, within their role and Mandate. Ask what matters now from Town Hall. Talk, or record a conversation into shared notes and one next action when you save. Briefing and ChatRooms hold the files, links, and team threads. A follow-up can be prepared and reviewed. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
Check a website you own each week. See how it looks from the outside — the connection, common web protections, and whether email for your domain can be forged. A written Exposure report is about 0.15 training credits if the report is created. Failed checks are free.
Search and filter organizations, contacts, and relationships the same way. Save a segment so the same cut is one click away. Typed search stays in your tab; a saved segment is what you share. You can also use an organization cut across the other Town Hall tabs.
Add a company with its website, see who belongs to it, and pick it when you add a contact or a relationship — so people and relationships sit under the same company, not a loose name. If a work email already matches that website, you can link those people in one step.
Every relationship can carry a planned next step — from your own list, with a due date and an owner. My Tasks is your queue, with overdue items marked; Town Hall leads also see the team’s full list, including anything still unassigned.
If a site only embeds a HEA and has no cookie banner, the widget can still offer
clear chat-privacy choices: remember this conversation, optional usage statistics,
or continue for this visit only. Chat works either way. A host consent tool still
takes priority. Owners can turn the note off. This is HEA chat only — it does not
replace the website’s own privacy notice.
Our new open-source app gives any organization an easy way to experiment
with physical AI: choose a public HEA and let Reachy Mini speak its grounded
answers with multilingual local voices, emoji, and safely gated movement.
Thanks to new context engineering, your HEA keeps the big picture in mind throughout the conversation — not just the last retrieved snippet. It stays oriented across your resources, which prevents tunnel vision and keeps answers complete as the discussion unfolds.
Intelligence
Content structure review
Your HEA can now review your website and content, and report on consistency and how the information is actually structured. That helps keep your content sharp even across a very large number of pages and documents.
Quality
Better answers, same speed
New AI-based tools help you raise the quality of your HEA's answers — and of your content in general. HEAs now answer more reliably, while staying cost-efficient and fast.
Support
Infirmary beta
HEA now includes Infirmary — a support workbench for qualified customer requests.
Cases stay visible with ownership and response targets, whether they start in a website conversation, a connected support mailbox, or manual intake — with your team reviewing and replying under human control.

Reach

any page. It pushes content aside instead of overlaying, keeps the
conversation visible while visitors browse, and collapses to a slim tab
when not in use.

Assign editor, publisher, monitoring, or Town Hall roles — each person
sees only what they need, and the owner keeps full control.
