The booking-by-message problem

A service is not bookable until the date, seat, and next step are clear.

A calendar link can reserve time, but services and events need more: an offering, a public date, capacity, a waitlist, and a roster the team can actually operate.

01

Turn the offer into real dates.

Publish the sessions, workshops, activities, or appointments people can actually choose.

02

Let demand organize itself.

Visitors take an available seat or join the waitlist instead of starting another scheduling thread.

03

Give the team the operational view.

Agenda and Board show the dates, capacity, roster, and people who need attention.

From offer to attendance

Publish, book, fill, prepare.

Counter keeps the visitor's booking path and the team's date operations connected without pretending to be a payment processor or CRM writer.

01 — Publish

Create the offering and its dates

Choose what is public, when it happens, capacity, delivery mode, and the details a visitor needs.

02 — Book

Share the public Counter page

Visitors open a listed date, provide the required booking details, and take an available seat.

03 — Fill

Use the waitlist when needed

Planned or full dates can collect demand without promising a seat that does not exist.

04 — Prepare

Open the roster before delivery

The team sees who is coming, the answers collected for the booking, and the date details in Agenda or Board.

Product proof

The public date and the team's roster are two sides of the same booking.

Visitors see only the information needed to choose and book. Authorized operators keep the capacity, attendee details, waitlist, and delivery view.

One Counter, two operating models

Run your own dates or deliver booking operations for clients.

Make workshops, services, and events easier to operate.

Give visitors a clear booking path and give the people delivering the work an agenda and roster.

  • Publish only the dates visitors may see.
  • Use capacity and waitlists instead of inbox arithmetic.
  • Prepare from the roster before the date begins.

Choose the booking model

A calendar link reserves time. Counter operates a service date.

Counter is for the moment when capacity, a waitlist, attendee details, and the team's delivery view matter as much as the time slot.

Calendar link

Finds a time with one person.

Useful for calls, but group capacity, public service dates, waitlists, and delivery rosters usually live elsewhere.

Best for: simple one-to-one scheduling.
Generic event tool

Publishes and sells tickets.

Useful for ticket commerce, but it may sit outside the HEA workspace and the people delivering the service.

Best for: payment-led ticketing campaigns.
HEA Counter

Connects public booking to the working agenda.

Offerings, listed dates, available seats, waitlists, rosters, and authorized operators stay in the same HEA workspace.

Best fit: SMEs and agencies delivering repeatable services and events.

The booking operating system

Counter connects the offer, public date, booking, and team Agenda.

The customer-facing page and the operator-facing roster come from the same HEA. Booking remains separate from Town Hall relationship writes unless the product explicitly asks for and performs that action.

OfferingDefine the service, event, programme, or pass and what visitors need to know.
Public CounterPublish only the listed dates and booking information intended for visitors.
Seat or waitlistAllocate an available seat or retain demand without overbooking the date.
Agenda and rosterGive the authorized team the dates, capacity, attendee answers, and delivery view.

Clear commercial boundaries

A booking is a seat—not a card charge or a silent CRM write.

Counter makes the booking and roster visible while keeping payment and relationship data honest.

  • A seat is free or paid at the venue; Counter does not take card payments.
  • A booking does not silently create or change a Town Hall relationship.
  • HEA-World's own public dates remain on the separate events calendar.

Pricing

Counter is part of the HEA workspace.

Publish and operate booking where Counter is available for the HEA account. It is not sold per booking, roster, attendee, waitlist entry, or service date.

These are HEA account plans. Counter is included in the account plan where the capability is available, not billed as a separate booking subscription.
